The existing office suite was originally part of a much larger space and featured a large reception area and internal hallways. Subdivided to create the smaller suite, the layout no longer made sense for the current occupant.
The solution was to eliminate the unnecessary partitioning and revise the layout for more useable workspace, more natural lighting, and better air circulation within the space.
